Capital will begin State Tournament play on Thursday May 18th at 1 PM at Borah High.  Capital is the #2 seed out of District III and will face the #1 seed from the North, Lewiston High School.

2016-2017 Winter Workout Schedules

WORKOUT TIME CHANGES:

With Junior high Boys Basketball starting last week, we have lost a good number of 7th, 8th and 9th graders attending hitting workouts. That being said, It would benefit everyone if we changed the workout schedule to accommodate our lower numbers. So this is what the Monday, Wednesday, Friday Schedule will be starting tomorrow January 27 and continuing until tryouts:

3:20-4:30- Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors

Hitting/Strength and Conditioning Workouts:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Opening Day:  Monday, November 28, 2016

Last Day of Workouts:  Friday, February 17, 2017

*** All athletes are only allowed to attend specific by grade sessions listed below:
