Tryouts for the 2019-20 Boys Basketball teams (Varsity, JV and Sophomore) will take place on:

Friday, November 15th, Saturday, November 16th and Monday, November 18th. Players need to attend all three days of tryouts. Teams will be announced following Monday's tryouts. 

In addition, all players need to complete the following steps:

1) All players need to complete the Tryouts Sign-up form: https://forms.gle/jebPWYZa1W7c1xCF8

2) All players need to complete the online Medical forms: https://capitaleagles.bigteams.com/main/adnews/ID/49341892

3) If you are a Freshmen or a Junior (or a new Capital HS athlete this year), you need to submit a Sports Physical (which needs to be completed after May 2019). 

We also strongly recommend that players attend some of our Pre-Season workouts, which begin this week and lead up to the day of tryouts.
